Greenstone Partners is pleased to announce its newest addition to the firm, Joe Bono, who serves as an Associate in Investment Sales.
Joe focuses on the exclusive acquisition and disposition brokerage services of net-leased investments nationally. Prior to joining Greenstone, Joe was a net-leased broker at one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate firms for nearly three years. Joe brings a personal track-record of closed transactions spanning the Midwest and Southeast United States.

Joe, born and raised in Chicago, studied marketing at the University of Tampa. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Additionally, Greenstone Partners also welcomes Keely Faris, who serves as an Investment Analyst supporting the Investment Sales division.
Keely will work alongside the investment sales team in the valuation and financial analysis of a variety of commercial real estate assets spanning the Midwest.
Keely grew up in the Metro-Detroit area before graduating from Marquette University with a double major in Real Estate and Marketing. While at Marquette, Keely was a member of the Commercial Real Estate Club, Best Buddies Organization, and a finalist of the Harold E. Eisenberg Real Estate Challenge.
In her free time, Keely enjoys being outside, trying new restaurants, attending concerts, and traveling.
