Greenstone Partners, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm in Chicago, announced the sale of 4016 North Bell Ave., a five-unit, 6,200-square foot value-add multifamily investment in Chicago’s North Center neighborhood.

The deal was brokered by Greenstone Partners’ Director Jordan Multack. The fully leased property sold for $1,590,000 or $318,000 per unit.

The property is located in the heart of North Center, directly across the street from Coonley Elementary School, and is only one block away from St. Benedict Preparatory School. The property is situated on 5,550 square feet of land and stands out as a rare value-add opportunity in one of Chicago’s up-and-coming neighborhoods.

Greenstone Partners exclusively represented the seller in the transaction, a Chicago-based private investor.
