Greenstone Partners announced the sale of a single-tenant retail location in Wicker Park. Greenstone Partners’ Senior Director Brewster Hague brokered the $1.5 million ground-floor retail transaction at 1634 W. North Avenue.
The 3,800 square-foot space is currently occupied by Orangetheory Fitness. Previously owned by a Chicago-based developer, the property sold to a Chicago-based private investor.
“The Wicker Park/Bucktown submarket is one of Chicago’s few areas with a 24-hour live, work, and play scene. The lively daytime and nighttime environment and strong demographics appeal to investors,” said Hague. “We had strong investor interest for this single-tenant listing ranging from local to out-of-state investors.”
