Greenstone Partners successfully sold the former Boston Market restaurant located at 20 Plainfield Road in Countryside, Illinois. The 4,999-square-foot property was 100 percent vacant at the time of closing. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Greenstone Partners represented the buyer, a local Chicago retail developer, who has plans to re-tenant the site. Located in a near suburb of Chicago, the property sits on the heavily trafficked corner intersection of south LaGrange Road and Plainfield Road which experiences 44,000 vehicles per day.
