Grubb & Ellis broker Terry Coyne, with the help of his team, recently represented Sottile Investments LLC in the purchase of a building located at 15826 Industrial Parkway in Cleveland.
Sottile Investments purchased the facility for $2.6 million. The 92,500-square-foot Cleveland facility will be occupied by National Safety Apparel, a fourth-generation business that manufactures custom-made clothing for the utility and manufacturing industries.
The building was built in 1970 and sits on 3.75 acres. It features five drive-in doors and air-conditioned office and manufacturing space.
