The Cleveland office of Grubb & Ellis recently assisted DonDa, LLC in the lease of an industrial property in Maple Heights, Ohio. Starmax Resources, LLC signed a three-year lease at a former 7-Up facility.
The 114,900-square-foot industrial building was built in 1963. It features three docks, two drive-in doors and 13-foot to 17-foot clear ceiling heights.
