Grubb & Ellis Company has been selected by Troy Portfolio Holdings LLC for the leasing, property management and disposition of North Troy Corporate Park, an eight-building, 1.2-million-square-foot Class-A office park in Troy, Mich.

Amenities at the corporate park include a café and snack shop onsite, as well as restaurants, retail options and services such as the Riparian Grill, Loccino Italian Grill and Bar, Lifetime Fitness and The Somerset Collection.
The properties were built in stages in the late 1980s and renovated in 2007, with most buildings receiving full lobby and common area renovations and upgrades to building systems. Contiguous available space in the park can accommodate tenant requirements up to 244,000 square feet.
