Vince D’Amico of Sperry Van Ness, LLC represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer, Delta Real Estate Holdings, LLC, represented itself. The building sold for $4,950,000.
“This was an excellent opportunity for the primary tenant to maintain a strong presence within the community without the major disruption of relocation or new construction which would be required in a new facility,” D’Amico said.
