HDA Architects is designing a 184-unit multifamily development with 7,300 square feet of ground-floor retail in the Downtown West neighborhood of St. Louis.
Plans call for a mix of studios and one-bedroom units and a 220-stall parking garage. The project is located on Washington Ave.
The project is estimated to cost $32 million, with construction expected to start in the second or third quarter of 2021.
