Hendricks Commercial Properties will start building the Ironworks at Keystone mixed-use development in Indianapolis.
The project, which carries a price tag of $30 million, will rise on the site of the former Woodfield Centre strip mall.
The five-story building will include 30,000 square feet of commercial retail and restaurants on its ground floor, residential apartments and an underground parking garage.
The development is scheduled to open in the spring of 2014.
