Hendricks Commercial Properties, a Wisconsin-based development firm with real estate properties in 33 states, has closed on the purchase of the Massala Building in Indianapolis for an undisclosed price.
Located at 341 Massachusetts Ave. and 310 N. Alabama St., the property sits on a five-corner intersection in the heart of one of Indianapolis’ most historic and walkable sectors.
Built in 1897, the Massala Building is a three-story property. As a mixed-use retail and office building, the classic brick structure is home to two restaurants and multiple professional offices. The occupancy is at 100 percent. The property is also in close proximity to additional offices, apartments, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
With the acquisition comes an adjacent parking lot located on the southwest corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Alabama Street.
