Henry Bros. Co. (HBCo) has announced that Michael Godek has joined its estimating department where he will provide estimating, budgeting, and hard bidding services for new and existing projects. He brings more than 25 years of construction-industry experience having served as an estimator, project manager, and construction manager at several major construction companies.
Mr. Godek’s market experience includes senior and multi-family housing developments, supportive and medical housing, large retail complexes, restaurants, and fitness centers. He is proficient with MBE/WBE, IHDA, and HUD document requirements, and has taught college-level classes in Construction Management.
Mr. Godek holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Construction Management.
