HFF closed the $17.915 million sale and arranged $15.72 million financing for 6400 Schafer Court, a 179,442-square-foot, transit-oriented office building in Rosemont, Illinois.
HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a subsidiary of Crossroads Partners, and procured the buyer, Free Market Ventures. Additionally, HFF worked on behalf of the new owner to secure the acquisition loan through Prime Finance.
The property is located on I-294 and in the submarket of O’Hare. The eight-story building is adjacent to Hyatt Rosemont hotel. The property was renovated in 2015 and the office features 22,081-square-foot floorplates and parking for 495 vehicles in a surface lot and 22 vehicles in an executive parking garage. The building is 92.2 percent leased.
