HFF has been named to market for sale The Communities of Ascot Glen, a two-property multi-housing community in Willowbrook.
HFF is marketing the properties on behalf of the seller. The two adjacent communities can be purchased as one investment or individually.
The Communities of Ascot Glen is located at 6060 Laurel Lane on Highway 83, 20 miles southwest of downtown Chicago. The property consists of two phases, the 488-unit Ascot Glen at Willowbrook and the 224-unit Oaks at Ascot Glen. The two-story, 76-building properties were partially renovated in 2010 and have one- and two-bedroom units averaging 847 square feet each. Community amenities include two fitness centers, two clubhouses, three outdoor swimming pools, three tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, game room, business center and dog run.
