High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, completed Avidor Evanston, a 169-unit active-adult senior community in Evanston, Illinois. The 55+ community, which will safely welcome new residents this month, is managed by Allegro Management Company.
Avidor Evanston offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom rental units, some of which offer a den/home office bonus space.
