Hillwood has acquired four Class-A buildings totaling more than 1.085 million square feet in the Indianapolis market.
Hillwood’s new acquisitions are Airwest 12, 448,305 square feet in Plainfield, Indiana; Airwest 14, 476,225 square feet in Plainfield; and two buildings at Company Drive Commerce Center, one totaling 60,480 square feet and a second 100,800 square feet, both in Indianapolis.
Airwest 12 and 14 contain modern, flow-through cross-dock design with 36-foot clear heights, deep truck courts, ESFR and abundant car and trailer parking.
The Company Drive Commerce Center buildings are two rear-load, multi-tenant light-industrial buildings developed in 2008.
