Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of the Joseph Naper Building, the oldest building in Naperville, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The 7,050-square-foot, mixed-use property sold for $3,654,000.

Tammy Saia, Tami Andrew, Andrean Angelov, Ryan Engle and Timothy B. Stephenson, Jr., investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The property sold to a California-based private investor.

The mixed-use, multi-story property is located at 216-218 S. Main Street in Naperville. This irreplaceable Naperville location, located just two blocks from the River Walk, is centrally located on Main Street’s historic retail corridor with over one million square feet of retail and 253,885 people living within a five-mile radius

The property is 100 percent occupied, consisting of five tenants: Alixandra Collections, J. McLaughlin, Memory Keepers, Brodzinski Law and Passages. These suites are modernized units with top-of-the-line finishing and detail. This property enjoys high historical occupancy and is meticulously maintained with no deferred maintenance.
