Holladay Properties has closed on the sale of 2810 Bridger Court in Elkhart, Indiana. The building is fully leased and is home to two tenants, All-State Industries and Midwest Sales and Service.
The 97,412-square-foot manufacturing facility was originally built in 1999 and was purchased by H & W Investments LLC. Ryan White of Pinnacle Properties represented the buyer in the sale, which closed on October 25, 2021.
The facility, which is located on 8.1 acres of land, was purchased by Holladay in 2020 from All-State Industries. Paul Phair, Partner & VP-Development for Holladay Properties coordinated the original purchase, as well as the sale.
