Holladay Properties, an Indiana-based commercial real estate firm, is ready to start construction on its newest land development project, NorthPoint in Westfield, Indiana. At 300 acres, the development is expected to bring more than 2.5 million square feet of office, advanced manufacturing and logistics space as well as $200 million in capital investment to the growing community of Westfield.
Chris Wilkes, a Senior Vice President at Holladay, said that NorthPoint will be Holladay’s third significant project in Westfield, following the development of the Grand Park Events Center and the 93-room Hampton Inn, Westfield’s first hotel developed since Grand Park opened.
“Westfield is a wonderful community and we are pleased to continue our investment in the City with the NorthPoint project,” Wilkes said, in a statement. “With the scale of its 300 acres, NorthPoint will allow us an opportunity to contribute to the growth and transformation of the City in the many years ahead.”
Holladay Construction Group, LLC is ready to begin infrastructure work at NorthPoint. Construction will begin soon on the infrastructure as well as the first facility within the development.
