Mike Marchal, president of Holland Construction Services (Holland), recently announced three recent new hires.
Dan Liening joins Holland to oversee Quality Assurance. Dan brings over 33 years of experience to this newly created position. In his role with Holland, Dan will provide another level of quality assurance and control over Holland projects. He will work closely with the General Superintendent as another set of eyes to review plans/specs., review submittals, conduct pre-installation conferences and training seminars, and follow-up on warranty items.
Laura Mollett has joined the Holland team as a Senior Estimator with over 16 years of experience in the construction industry focusing on Design/Build Management, Estimating, Engineering, and Project Management. Laura received a degree in Civil Engineering from Washington University.
Brian Dayton has been hired as a Project Engineer. In his new role, he will provide support to Holland Project Managers on multiple projects. Brian is a 2010 graduate of SIUE with a degree in Construction Management and has over 5 years previous industry experience.
