Hubbell Realty Company and Persimmon Capital Partners broke ground June 28 on Cityville on 9th, a mixed-use multi-family and commercial development in West Des Moines, Iowa.
The $40 million development will include 339 micro-, one- and two-bedroom apartments, covered parking and 55,000 square feet of retail commercial space within nine four-story buildings.
The project will be built in three phases, with the first — 111 apartment homes, a clubhouse and 20,000 square feet of commercial space — scheduled for completion in the spring of 2014.
