Hudson Investing and Midloch Investment Partners have acquired Jackson Run Townhomes, an 84-unit Class-A multifamily rental community in the northwest suburbs of Indianapolis.

Samuel McCarthy and Scott Harris of Marcus & Millichap facilitated the transaction.

Completed in 2023, Jackson Run Townhomes has 84 three and four-bedroom units with an average size of 1,897 square feet. The two-story townhomes feature two-car garages, spacious kitchens, master bathrooms with walk-in showers, and ADT home security systems.

Hudson, the locally based investment firm and operator, is planning several amenity upgrades, including expansion and enhancement of the existing pet park and addition of an outdoor gas grilling pavilion, and expects to achieve operational synergies and efficiencies with its other properties in the market.
