Stream Realty Partners has been selected by ONNI Group to oversee leasing for 357 Green, a planned 900,000-square-foot, 30-story office development at 357 N. Green St. in Chicago’s Fulton Market District.
Designed by celebrated Chicago architecture firm SCB, 357 Green will feature approximately 60,000 square feet of amenities across three floors, including planned food and beverage offerings such as Dialtone Coffee on the ground floor and an upscale restaurant on the 29th floor. Additional features include 420 parking spaces, a dedicated bike room with more than 50 stalls, and 300-square-foot private terraces on every office floor. With average floor plates of approximately 30,000 square feet, the building is designed to accommodate a range of workplace strategies and tenant needs. A paved and landscaped paseo will connect Halsted Street to Green Street, creating a distinctive pedestrian experience and one of the development’s signature architectural features.
The development will be situated one block from the neighborhood’s iconic Fulton Market gateway sign and offer prominent visibility from the Kennedy Expressway. The building’s location and sightlines will create one of the market’s most visible top-of-building signage opportunities for a future anchor tenant.
Stream Managing Director Jack McKinney, along with Executive Vice Presidents Ben Cleveland and Mark Gunderson, will lead leasing efforts on behalf of ONNI Group.
The development will further contribute to the evolution of Fulton Market, which has become a leading destination for global companies across technology, professional services, consumer brands, manufacturing, and law. The neighborhood is home to major companies including Google, McDonald’s, John Deere, WPP, Boston Consulting Group, Mondelēz International, and Dyson, among others.
