Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc. have closed the sale of the Clarion Hotel Lexington Conference Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
Brandt Niehaus, president of Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., was the Broker in the transaction representing the seller, Dogwood Hotels, LLC.
The 149-room hotel sold for $5.85 million to Lexington Hospitality Group, LLC.
