Huff, Niehaus & Associates has closed the sale of the Sleep Inn hotel in Henderson, Kentucky, part of the Evansville, Indiana, metropolitan area.
Brandt Niehaus, president of Huff, Niehaus & Associates, represented the seller, Sona Hotel, LLC.
The 63-room hotel sold for $2.09 million to Guru Poonam, LLC. Guru Poonam is planning more than $200,000 in renovations.
