i3 Investors has expanded its portfolio into Minnesota with its acquisition of 955 James Avenue in Bloomington, one of the largest suburbs in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area.
The 114,903-square-foot multi-tenant industrial tech building is 91% occupied.
Crossroads Realty Advisors represented i3 in securing the debt on the property with Nassau CorAmerica.
