Indianapolis-based i3 Investors promoted Marc Armstrong to Vice President of Finance and Asset Management. Armstrong joined i3 in February of 2023.
In his new role, Armstrong will oversee i3’s finance department and continue managing the day-to-day operations of all properties in the i3 Investors portfolio.
Armstrong has over 20 years of industrial real estate experience. Before joining i3 Investors, he served as Assistant Vice President of Property Management at Duke Realty.
