IDI has announced two leases at its Rock Run Business Park south of Chicago. The Rock Run Business Park leases, totaling 277,776 square feet, are both in the Rock Run VI building. Petco Animal Supplies Store Inc. extended its existing lease and A&R Logistics Inc. will be the newest tenant in Rock Run VI, taking the building to 100 percent leased.
IDI’s Rock Run Business Park, at the Houbolt Road interchange on I-80, approximately one mile east of the intersection of I-80 and I-55, totals 3.8 million square feet and is strategically located in the I-80 market. Petco Animal Supplies Store Inc., a pet supplies store, and A&R Logistics Inc., a distributor of plastic pellets to the manufacturers of plastic containers, are using Rock Run VI as regional distribution centers. For A&R Logistics Inc. it is an ideal location, as it is an expansion of their nearby Morris Facility. Petco Animal Supplies Store Inc.’s lease is 156,326 square feet and the A&R Logistics Inc. lease is 121,450 square feet, making them the sole tenants of the Rock Run VI building.
Jeff Smith represented IDI in both leasing deals. Charles Canale and Dominic DeRose of Colliers International represented A&R Logistics Inc., and Britt Casey of Cushman & Wakefield represented Petco Animal Supplies Store Inc.
IDI has nearly 7 million square feet under development in nine states and has been the first to market with new inventory space in several cities.
