Mathew Dougherty has been promoted from vice president to executive vice president and regional manager at the Rosemont, Ill., headquarters of McShane Construction Company.
Dougherty is a 14-year veteran of McShane Construction. He is responsible for the management of the firm’s project-management personnel and support teams in the Rosemont office.
