Schiller Park, Ill.-based Northern Builders has promoted Matthew Grusecki to senior vice president.
Grusecki started his career at Northern Builders in 1998, holding positions in finance, real estate, construction and sales.
Grusecki is now responsible for build-to-suit development sales for Northern Builder’s land inventory.
