NAI Hiffman recently represented Illinois Property Solutions in two new leases at 500 Joliet Road in Willowbrook, bringing the building to 100 percent occupancy.
Environmental Technical Institute will occupy approximately 50,000 square feet of office space in the building. ETI offers technical and professional training for those looking to begin a career in the heating, air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Raths, Raths & Johnson, a structural engineering and architectural service provider, will lease 28,000 square feet.
500 Joliet was built in 1992 and leased to Mark Shale. More recently, the building was utilized as a back-office option for ComEd and TCF Bank. The property is a two-story office building with warehouse and high cube space, 24-foot clear ceiling heights, abundant parking and an outdoor patio area.
