Tim Stephens has been named director of satellite offices for Rose Paving Company in Bridgeview, Ill.
Stevens brings more than seven years experience in the asphalt industry to his new position. Before joining Rose Paving, he served as franchise director for InFrasys, Inc./SealMaster.
