IMPACT Strategies completed the renovations of an existing common area and social space in a lifestyle center in the Streets of Indian Lake retail center in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
This is the eighth project that IMPACT Strategies completed for U.S. Properties Group.
The roughly 2-acre space is now outfitted with a concert stage, lawn amphitheater and concrete seating. In addition to three new pergolas, phone-charging stations, decorativ stamped concrete and other amenities. There is also a fountain in the center of the lifestyle area with waterfall edges and integrated lighting for light shows.
