Indianapolis’ All Property Services has named James Shields as its new director of business development.
Shields has worked with All Property Services since 1995, starting his career with the company as a maintenance supervisor before working his way into upper-level management positions.
Shields was named director of operation in 2001.
As director of business development, Shields is responsible for developing and expanding a new client base and promoting the multiple services that All Property Services offers.
All Property Services offers maintenance services to residential and commercial properties in central Indiana.
