Indianapolis-based Duke Realty is in the middle of construction on a new 106,000-square-foot U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Primary Care Annex that will provide greater access to healthcare services to more than 87,000 veterans in Florida.

The new clinic, being built in Tampa, will house services currently provided by the nearby James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital. In addition to primary care services, the clinic will offer women’s wellness, radiology, mental health services and dental services. It will include 775 surface parking sapces.

This is the second facility that Duke Realty has developed for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
