Indianapolis’ Flaherty & Collins Properties recently made a pair of big changes in the company’s construction division.
Chris Kirles has been named president of construction, while Jason Schoettle has been promoted to vice president of construction.
The pair will now oversee $300 million in new construction during the next several years as Flaherty & Collins Properties completes a signficant number of projects.
Kirles has been with Flaherty & Collins for 10 years, and previously served as vice president of development at the firm. Schoettle has also been with the company for 10 years, and previously served as construction superintendent and project manager with the construction team.
