Ryan Sanders has joined Indianapolis-based Flaherty & Collins as director of asset management.
Sanders joins Flaherty & Collins Properties from Fairfield Residential, where he was a Regional Supervisor. Prior to that, he was a Regional Vice President for Silver Tree Residential.
A 1999 graduate of Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business, Sanders holds designations as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) from the National Center for Housing Management, and is a licensed Real Estate salesperson.
At Flaherty & Collins Properties, Sanders will work directly with the company’s executive leadership team on the company’s owned market rate and affordable management and development portfolio performance.
