Katie Culp is the new president of KSM Location Advisors, which has offices in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, Ind.
Culp brings 16 years of economic development to her new position. She has secured more than $300 million in economic incentives for 15-million-plus square feet of office and industrial space. She has worked for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small privately owned firms.
Culp formerly worked with DTZ.
