Evansville, Indiana-based Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, hired Brandon Taylor as Credit Analyst, which is a newly created position, and Chelsey Atkinson as Business Management Assistant.
Taylor joins Regency with experience in analytics, having previously worked for Vectren. In this new role, he will prepare financial and credit analyses and serve as a backup resource for Regency’s Treasury
functions. He will determine the creditworthiness and concentration of tenants within the portfolio.
Atkinson previously worked at Enterprise Holdings where she won the SPCS Appreciation Award for Outstanding Customer Service. In her new role, she will provide support to the Business Manager in managing the day-to-day activities of 1.59 million square feet.
