Industrial Commercial Properties acquired and leased 6680 Parkland Blvd. in Solon, Ohio. Industrial Commercial Properties acquired the nearly 82,000-square-foot office and warehouse property in December of 2018.
King Nut and Loan Protector will be occupying the building in the first half of 2019. Matthew Beesley of Cushman & Wakefield|Cresco Real Estate represented King Nut.
