Cleveland’s Industrial Commercial Properties LLC celebrated the ground-breaking of a new headquarters and distribution center for ComDoc in Jackson Township, Ohio.

Industrial Commercial Properties is the developer of the project. ComDoc is a subsidiary of Global Imaging Systems, a Xerox Company.

The 107,500-square-foot future headquarters and distribution center for ComDoc will be located on 12 acres on Pittsburg Avenue in Jackson Township in Stark County. The property will include 32,500 square feet of office and 75,000 square feet of distribution space.

Upon completion in the spring of 2019, ComDoc will consolidate four Northeast Ohio facilities and about 285 jobs in one location. M.E. Osborne Building Company is the general contractor on the project.
