Kristian Lee is a new vice president of sales and leasing at Downers Grove, Ill.-based Schulz Properties.
Lee brings more than 10 years experience in commercial sales and leasing in the office, industrial and retail sectors to his new position.
Before joining Schulz Properties, Lee facilitated daily operations at The AlterGroup/Alter 360.
