Bill Rogalla and Tom Savage recently formed Marion Investments, a residential and commercial investment firm focused on the Midwest and Southeast U.S. markets.
Over his 35-year real estate career, Rogalla has specialized in the implementation of geographic and sector growth for both domestic and foreign-based private /public organizations. He has C-Suite leadership experience with firms including SEGRO PLC , KBS Realty Advisors , Zeller Realty Group and M&J Wilkow. He has focused on life sciences, office, industrial, multi family and retail with transaction experience in excess of $15 billion.
Tom Savage has worked with CBRE, KBS Realty Advisors, HFF and Glenstar over his 15-year career. Areas of expertise range from financial underwriting, brokerage and asset management to the oversight of day-to-day operations.
Most recently, Savage was the Chief Operating Officer at Glenstar, culminating a nine-year tenure with the firm.
Rogalla and Savage will serve as Managing Directors of the firm.
The group will be focused on capitalizing on the dislocation of pricing in today’s current environment and has been active in the SFR space in suburban Chicago. Investments will be made in partnership with family office and private equity capital sources.
