Inland Real Estate Brokerage & Auctions, Inc. announced two key promotions within the company’s brokerage team.
Paul Montes, an Inland Brokerage & Auctions associate for nine years, has been promoted to associate vice president. Montes brings more than 15 years of brokerage, development and real estate analytics knowledge and experience. In his nine-year tenure with Inland, Montes has established a diversified client base representing institutional and private clients, including Beal Bank, Diocese of Joliet, Ryan Companies, Midwest Equities and Development and Standard Market. Montes has achieved multi-sector success executing significant transactions in both commercial and industrial sectors, is skilled in landlord and tenant representation and land sales/assemblage for development.
Eric Spiess, also a nine-year Inland Brokerage & Auctions veteran, has been promoted to associate vice president. Spiess specializes in the disposition and leasing of commercial and investment properties. He has accomplished noteworthy transactions, including the $25 million sale of Stonegate Apartments in Glendale Heights, Illinois, and the recent regional market expansion of multiple Hearing Lab locations throughout greater Chicagoland.
