Inland Real Estate Brokerage & Auctions Inc. has completed the sale of Columbus Manor Residential Care Home, a five-building residential care facility totaling 42,300 square feet, located on West Jackson Boulevard in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood.
John Hanson, senior broker, and Paul Rogers, president of Inland Brokerage & Auctions, represented the seller, CM LLC in the sale.
Columbus Manor is an intermediate long-term care, 189-bed facility dedicated to the care and rehabilitation of adults with chronic mental illness. Columbus Manor is licensed by IDPH and CPH and is certified for Medicare, Medicaid and Private Pay. Up until the sale, Columbus Manor has been under the same family ownership and management since it was established in 1966.
“This high cash-flow property garnered a great deal of investment and operator interest from across the U.S. and sold for $2 million,” Rogers said. “Columbus Manor Inc., the operating company of CM LLC, was also sold in the deal.”
The sale was co-brokered by Javed Rathore of AMRO Real Estate Group Ltd.
