Farbman Group announced the opening of its client LaundroLab in Oakland Pointe Plaza in Pontiac, Michigan.
LaundroLab is an emerging brand that takes a new spin on franchising with a reimagined laundromat experience featuring a clean, welcoming and modern environment.
Founded by local franchisees Leslie and Walter Czarnecki, the 4,000-square-foot LaundroLab Pontiac is a community laundromat concept that offers a state-of-the-art facility equipped with high-efficiency equipment that allows customers to get their laundry done in an hour or less. The Laundromat is both coin operated and can accept digital payments through a mobile app.
LaundroLab Pontiac is one of five planned franchise locations by the Czarnecki’s. The new space is open Monday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Carrie Weiss, Vice President at NAI Farbman, served as the designated tenant representative for Laundrolab in Michigan.
