Marshall Johnson, an intern at Wichita, Kansas-based NAI Martens for his second summer, won the Layman L. Clark/Kansas CCIM Scholarship in Real Estate.
Johnson is a senior at Wichita State University, and plans to earn a degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate next May. Johnson has worked at NAI Martens as both an appraisal and brokerage intern.
The scholarship is awared by Wichita State University with the Kansas City CCIM Chapter. The scholarship was started in 2011 by Stephen L. Clark and named afer his father, Layman L. Clark.
Johnson plans to earn his license and work in commercial brokerage after graduation. Long-term, he hopes to transition into real estate development.
