Investors Realty has sold the Legacy Village Shopping Center in Omaha, Nebraska, for $7.375 million.
Legacy Court, LLC was the seller. The buyer was Copper Investments, LLC and Christie Properties, LLC.
The shopping center has a combined square footage of 37,470 and was 95 percent leased at the time of sale. Notable tenants include Natural Grocers, Copacabana and Spin! Neapolitan Pizza. The buyer assumed the existing life company financing.
Ember Grummons and Patrick Morris of Investors Realty represented the seller. Todd Schneidewind and Grant Palmer of NAI NP Dodge represented the buyer.
