Investors Realty sold the Marketplace Shopping Center in Independence, Missouri, for more than $20.284 million.
A partnership between Walton Street Capital and NewQuest Epic was the seller. HJH Investments, based in Wichita, Kansas, was the buyer. The 253,000-square-foot Shopping Center is 91 percent leased and anchored by Price Chopper. Price Chopper has occupied the shopping center for 34 years.
The Shopping Center contains 253,055 square feet. Other tenants include Petco, Big Lots, Viva Fashion and FedEx. Ember Grummons of Investors Realty represented the seller and procured the buyer.
