Investors Realty, Inc. of Omaha and Commercial Investment Services of North Platte, Nebraska, completed the sale of a 359,500-square-foot manufacturing property at 1 Greenwood Road in Sidney, Nebraska.
The buyer, a subsidiary of Ohio-based Lukjan Metal Products plans to operate in the facility. This operation will initially create about 50 jobs, and is expected to grow up to 100 during the next five years.
Kevin Stratman of Investors Realty and Robert Stefka and Robbie Stefka of Commercial Investment jointly represented the seller, Commscope Connectivity LLC of Hickory, North Carolina.
